English name: Dunno.
Dutch name: Dunno either.

Note: there's a lot of Libellago and Rhinocypha species in Asia. They are quite intresting. The males have broad shins, which are white at the inside. When defending their territory against other males, they show those shins to the rivals to ward them off.
